Per the ADA site: According to a new study by the Chicago Health and Aging Project, older adults who consume at least three servings of vegetables a day — especially green, leafy vegetables like lettuce and spinach — maintain their mental abilities 40 percent longer than those who eat less than one serving per day. The study of more than 3,700 men and women tracked mental function at three years and again at six years. You can see the full ADA article here. Comments are closed.
