On Sunday evenings in San Francisco, you can now find multi-course tiffin-format dinners priced at either $19.00 or $29.00 per person with optional dessert add-ons at Le Colonial. A tiffin is a steel, stackable, food-separating series of containers. Chef Tuan Phan, a native of Ho Chi Min City, has provided the culinary inspiration for the last 17 years.
