Pacific Catch delights

Gratitude Gourmet had a wonderful lunch at Pacific Catch Mountain View. We started our lunch with an Agava Margarita (Casa Pacific reposado tequila which they make in-house, agave nectar, and lime juice) and a Pisco Sour (pisco Huamani, egg whites, lemon juice , lime juice and a touch of Angostura bitters). Very nice cocktails!
Starters were the Edamame Hummus which is new on the menu and Tempura Sashimi.
Entrees were Poke Three Ways (original ahi, salmon avocado, spicy seared albacore poke, wakame, hijiki, and cucumber salads over seasoned rice) and Summer Salmon Salad.
All were fresh, beautifully presented and excellent. If you like Poke, the Poke Three Ways dish is for you - it had a variety of options with exotic seaweeds which you will love. The Summer Salmon Salad featured Wild Salmon over green lettuces, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, green beans with a delicate sauce - nothing short of incredible. Both entrees were paired with Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc. Perfection!
Last but not least were the Desserts - Fried Dulce de Leche 'Spring Rolls' with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce, and my FAVORITE Summer dessert special: Grilled Pineapple Sundae! The vanilla ice cream seemed like it was handmade as you could see specks of vanilla bean.
Roxana our Server was Amazing as was the Ambiance.
We highly recommend Pacific Catch and they have locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
