![]() Did you know that Apricots were cultivated in China since 3000 BC and now they're found across the world? Apricots are known for their Potassium and Vitamin A content and they are great as a jam. Italy's Rigoni di Asiago is one of my favorites as it's organic, fresh and not sweet because it has no added sugar.
