Nico's 1508 is now open in Berkeley, California serving cuisine prepared using mostly locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. When you walk in you will see a silver, black and pewter color scheme, lush curtains, an exposed wood plank ceiling, a skylight and romantic private booths. There is sidewalk café seating and a rooftop patio with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. We enjoyed a very nice dinner in a private booth and started with these two nice red wines: . Planeta Etna Bianco Carricante, Sicily IT 15" **Both entrees were absolutely impressive, flavorful, and delightful. It was difficult to choose which one was our favorite.. so try both!!
