Join chocolate entrepreneurs and explore the inspiration, inventiveness and modern spirit from brain to bean to bar, bonbons and beyond.Enjoy culinary and chocolate demonstrations, and talks on what makes up fine chocolate, where it comes from, how it is made differently, etc. A portion of the proceeds will benefit local non profits and food banks.
