Gore: Eat Less Meat to Fight Warming

As my readers know, Gratitude Gourmet was founded in May 2008 to evangelize the fact that Animal Agriculture causes 18% Greenhouse Gas Emissions, and reducing meat consumption WILL significantly address the issue.
Good news! Al Gore has recently said in an Interview: 
"Industrial agriculture is a part of the problem,” ... “The shift toward a more meat-intensive diet,” the clearing of forest areas in many parts of the world in order to raise more cattle and the reliance on synthetic nitrogen for fertilizer are also problems, he added. See the full Article here.
