Michael Pollan describes in this NY Times Article the Elephant in the Room that's not being discussed during the health care debate. This article is a must-read. Many of you know I previously interviewed Michael Pollan and asked him if he would be interested in being a food advisor to Obama. We need someone external to the USDA and FDA to provide input to Obama on legislation which impacts our health and the planet.
