Le Colonial in San Francisco has announced the debut of 721Lounge, a new bar and lounge featuring French Vietnamese-influenced bar food, a diverse selection of classic, contemporary and original libations, and an outdoor veranda. Signature items on the 721Lounge menu from Chef Tuan Phan, a native of Ho Chi Min City and 17-year Le Colonial veteran, include Tuna Tartare and Fresh Vegetable Rolls. We visited on Saturday evening and chose to sit outside in the Outdoor Veranda to enjoy the quiet atmosphere and evening light. Make sure to arrive early as the space is in demand.
