Minute® Multi-Grain Medley is a blend of four popular gluten free 100% whole grains ... ready in only 10 minutes. Brown rice, Thai red rice, wild rice, and quinoa are pre-portioned in 4 separate bags for ease of preparation.
Here's a great Vegetarian Chili Recipe to try courtesy of Minute.

Ingredients
1bagMinute® Multi-Grain Medley, uncooked
1can(15 oz.)  chili with beans
1can(14 1/2 oz.)  diced tomatoes with Mexican spices
1Tbsp dry chili seasoning mix

Directions

  • Prepare Multi-Grain Medley according to package directions.  If desired, for more flavor, substitute vegetable broth for water when preparing rice.
  • In a large pot combine beans (undrained) and diced tomatoes and seasoning (undrained). Heat. Stir in rice.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
