Inspired by H.Joseph Ehrmann of Elixir, SF’s 1st Green Certified Bar - Numi Organic Ruby Chai Tea infused FAIR. Quinoa Vodka, organic and unfiltered apple juice, organic agave nectar, fresh lime juice and a touch of egg white. Served in a chilled cocktail glass with an apple slice garnish.
