1. Eat 5 Servings of Fruits and Veggies a Day
2. Increase Vitamin D
3. Add Curcumin, which is the yellow spice found in tumeric and curry powder that may have anti-tumor compounds that protect against breast cancer
4. Have Green Tea
5. Have Beets and Red Cabbage which contain indole-3 carbinole that plays a role on how estrogen is produced in the body
