Chaa (Chai) by Kokila Shah Ingredients: - 2 tbsp ginger ground - 1 tbsp black pepper - 1 tbsp cardamom powder - 2 tbsp cinnamon - 2 tbsp clove Mix them in a coffee grinder and add to 1 cup water and 1 3/4 cup milk. Put in tea bag and bring to a boil.
Hi Lorraine. Great point! I think it is bring to a boil instead. I'm checking with the recipe author. for now, I've changed the recipe to 'bring to a boil'. I would think you would take it off the heat after that. Thanks again! :-)
